Games are played in York Region
or Simcoe, and travel will be required. Typically travel is every other game night.
Registration includes: Uniform,
soccer ball, team & individual photo and year-end BBQ
Parents who are registering their children with Schomberg Soccer Club for the first time will need to bring a copy of their child's birth certificate or health card indicating the date of birth
For youth players, a recent passport sized photograph is to accompany all registrations
Cash or cheques in the full amount must accompany each registration form
An early bird fee of $20 per player will be given if registration is received by to April 15th, 2010.
Cancellation and refunds will only be given, if a letter requesting a refund is mailed and received prior to May 31st, 2010.
