Every attempt is made to have the fields properly marked with touch lines (sidelines); goal lines (end lines); halfway line; centre mark; centre circle; goal area; penalty area; corner arcs. Corner flagposts are supplied to the coaches (2 each) and are to be placed by the coaches at the four corners of the field of play.
Goals must be placed on the centre of each goal line.
They consist of two upright posts and joined at the top by a horizontal crossbar. The sizes of the goals vary with the different fields assigned for play (ideal size is 5 metres wide by 2 metres high). Wherever possible nets should be in place and checked for damage, however, nets are not mandatory.
